Busy Month for Marketing Franchise

October was a busy month for nxo, with the marketing franchise bringing three respected clients on board.

Lancashire RUFC has commissioned nxo Preston to develop their ‘Club Lancashire’ brand.

The brief is to raise awareness of the county side throughout the county’s schools, clubs and supporters and to develop a club feel for all stakeholders. The Preston team, headed by Daniel Hammond, will be providing exhibition materials, web design and print material.

Meanwhile, nxo Preston has also been commissioned by Business Doctors to provide PR for its services in Merseyside and for its national franchise offer.

Since commencing work on Business Doctors’ PR campaign, nxo has already helped the company achieve positive coverage in the Liverpool Daily Post and is working on a number of stories aimed at achieving further local and national coverage.

Established in 2004, Business Doctors helps small and medium-sized businesses achieve the next level of growth in turnover and profitability. The company offers expert, friendly, practical support for strategy, sales, profit growth and people engagement, provides implementation and interim support for management, sales, operations, HR, finance, training and development, as well as helping businesses access funding and financial support.

nxo Solent has been commissioned by marina broadband provider Oceanwave to help the company develop their media offering on portals across the UK.

Oceanwave is Europe’s leading marine WiFi provider, providing onboard broadband services to more than 40 marinas in the UK and Ireland on an exclusive basis, including all Yacht Haven Group and Premier Marina sites.

nxo Solent’s Mike Salmon says:

"At each Oceanwave-supported marina there is a dedicated portal site that automatically opens when a user wishes to access the internet.

“Behind each location-specific portal sits the Oceanwave website, which an invaluable source of up-to-date information on the sailing world.

“The site offers a comprehensive guide to using the Oceanwave broadband service, an online forum for chatting with other likeminded individuals, detailed guides to all Oceanwave locations, online weather reports, a marine news service and updates on the latest at Oceanwave.

“nxo Solent is looking to help the company increase visibility, drive up user numbers and develop further advertising and sponsorship revenue, and customers, through its portals and website."
