Cost Management Consultancy Franchise Enjoys Rise in Demand

Auditel, the leading cost management consultancy franchise, is enjoying a surge in demand as companies seek to pare back expenditure during the downturn.

Chris Allison, managing director of Auditel, says:

”More and more hard-pressed FDs are asking for our help in their struggle to maintain profitability. Businesses are realising that they simply don’t have the in-house expertise to deal with an ever-changing and complex marketplace.

“Outsourced cost management provides the answer.”

Auditel also reports a rise in interest from aspiring franchisees.

Among the last intake (pictured) were senior management professionals from many different backgrounds.

They spoke favourably about the recruitment process and training course.

Ruth Dawe, who comes from a senior role in banking, and her husband Lawrence Fitch, who had a career in retail marketing management, trained together to become auditel franchisees.

Says Ruth:

“I do not recall experiencing a recruitment ‘process’. My experience was a two-way, open exploration of the business opportunity.

Of the training, she added:

Chris Allison confirms that there are still openings for more franchisees in the network and looks forward to welcoming new faces in 2009.
