Guaranteed Demand for Property Franchise

Property franchise logoCarl Brookes has prospered in what is effectively a new industry since buying his property franchise.

The YourHipSearch franchisee knew he was entering a sector with guaranteed huge demand due to recent legislation.

The change in legislation, which affects over 2.5 million properties per year, now requires all residential properties that are put onto the market for sale or rent to first obtain a completed home information pack (HIP) or energy performance certificate (EPC) before they can be marketed.

Carl, who has worked in property previously, as well as media and film, helps property owners in Cheshire find professionals to carry out HIPs and EPCs.

Completing his domestic energy assessor qualification first, Carl started his business with the assistance of YourHIPSearch, focusing on the provision of EPCs. He was soon ready to grow the business further and completed his HIPs and Personal Search training, which then enabled him to service a greater market and trebled his income potential.

YourHIPSearch then introduced a number of potential clients to Carl and he soon had numerous orders coming in.

Boasting weekly turnover figures in excess of £5k, Carl has proved to be one of YourHIPSearch’s most successful operators and has recently employed an additional employee.

Commenting on his success, Carl says: “To get trained within three different industries backed by Government legislation basically means that there is always demand out there, so this opportunity really appealed to me.

“The business, marketing and sales support has also been first class and the fact that I got all of this for under £5k is unbelievable.

"This is a complete business package that helped me enter this new industry and make a good living from it.”

YourHIPSearch have similar opportunities available throughout England and Wales for other potential entrepreneurs looking to enter the property and energy Industries.
