Cleaning Franchise Owner on Ovenclean

Sheree Parker is one of Ovenclean’s longest operating franchisees.

She joined the cleaning franchise in 2001, over the eight years Sheree has built a highly successful management franchise.

She was formerly a senior manager for a leading express delivery company, and has brought to bear considerable managerial skills to develop the Ovenclean business.

Sheree now has with three vehicles on the road, two employees and an extensive territory. She says: “The Ovenclean business model looked simple to learn and the investment was affordable, so I decided to go for it.”

Sheree spent her first three years working as an owner operator, but couldn’t cope alone with her rapidly expanding business; in 2004 she decided to take on a second vehicle and her first employee.

Sheree adds: “My ambition from the start was to develop my Ovenclean business into a management franchise and it’s worked really well for me. I work sensible hours and my hourly income works out way higher than my previous salary as a senior manager.”

The current economic climate has presented no problems for Sheree, who is currently investigating expansion into another area.

Sheree concludes: “I’m not complacent but I’m confident about the future and I’m looking forward to taking my business on to the next stage!”
