Jani-King Franchise in National Contracts Swoop

Leading contract cleaning franchisor Jani-King (GB) is celebrating a profitable year despite the doom and gloom of the last 12 months.
The contract cleaning market is booming and Jani-King (GB), as one of the leaders in this field, have seen the benefit and so have their franchisees.
Jani-King’s long term contract with Odeon cinemas has been extended again after a tough re-tender process, and Jani-King have moved from a regional contract to a national contract with two more huge retails chains Wagamama and H&M. These contracts and others have taken Jani-King (GB)’s new business totals for 2009 to over £4.5 million, which is then distributed out to franchisees. New business targets for 2010 are set to break £7 million.
Will Gavan, a director at Jani-King, said:
“This year has been even more proof that commercial cleaning is a recession-resilient industry. Therefore, this is an excellent time to invest in a contract cleaning franchise with Jani-King because we are a well established business, in a growing industry, with a bright future ahead.
"With our guaranteed turnover franchisee business model we continue to look for motivated franchise partners with a commercial background and a desire to build a £1million + business within a proven structure."
He continues:
“The Jani-King franchise has always been popular because it can be operated on very low overheads and is a cost-variable format. I encourage all motivated individuals and entrepreneurs to come and join in on our success as a leading operator in this industry”.
