Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at 5:21PM
John and Linda King bought a Murcia Villas property management franchise in Sucina Resort in the Murcia region of Spain.
John had spent 15 years as an estate agent, six as a self-employed inventory clerk, carrying out inventories, and checking in and checking out tenants for numerous residential lettings agencies.
Linda spent 25 years running her own hairdressing business.
Murcia Villas is the only company in the Costa Calida offering clients a one-stop shop for the purchase, management and letting of their property, with a dedicated lettings and management team and fully qualified and registered maintenance team.
FranchiseSalesBlog: John, why did you decide to join Murcia Villas?
John: On meeting the directors of the company I felt that their success to date and expansion plans for growth were important to my decision. And we felt comfortable that we could work with them.
In my opinion you have to have the three ‘E’s: energy, effort and enthusiasm. And of course the desire to succeed.
I was impressed by how the Franchise opportunity was marketed with no flowery sales rubbish. It is vital that you feel comfortable with your choice of franchise, whichever one you go for.
What Fiona James, founder of Murcia Villas, said:
“John and Linda found out about us through our website after a Google search. We’re so glad they did because they are a perfect addition to the Murcia Villas franchise network.
The most important attributes to succeed in this business are exactly what John has outlined above.
John and Linda certainly have the ‘3 E’s’ and we are excited about assisting them to build their Murcia Villas business.”
