Sale in First Week for Property Franchise Owner

A franchisee negotiated their first property sale within the first seven days of running their property franchise.

After just weeks of taking on the Murcia Villas La Torre franchise, the new franchisee signed and completed the sale of a villa based in their resort, netting themselves a cool €5k.

This remarkable early achievement in a challenging sales market shows how quickly new starters can acquire the necessary skills and is a testament to the training programme at Murcia Villas.

Having started the training just 12 weeks ago at the beginning of March, progress has been fast both on the lettings side as well as the growing sales opportunities.

“Our training builds over a period of intense weeks and learnt skills are tested when new franchisees run one of our established offices in Murcia,” says Fiona James, director for Murcia Villas and its sister company Resort Morocco. “There is a lot to learn about our business and we gradually hand over specific back office activities such as regional marketing, when we are confident our franchisees are ready to take up the reins.”

Murcia Villas specialises in management, sales and lettings of many different properties within the Murcia region of Spain, with many long and short term revenue generating opportunities. A typical franchise office will have villas and apartments for sale and to let in locations such as golf resorts, beach side properties, rustic houses with beautiful countryside views, close to amenities and airports.

With such a flexible business model, the Murcia Villas franchise often attracts individuals looking for a change in lifestyle. Excellent support, improved working hours and the opportunity to relocate to a warmer climate are some of the advantages that lure aspiring entrepreneurs.

“We’re delighted that our new franchisee has performed so well in the current economic climate and sold a villa so quickly. The commission will no doubt be a welcome boost during the franchise’s infancy,” says Fiona.

This is a great post for confidence of anyone thinking of starting a franchise business. Stories of success are great especially if you are about to take the leap. I am considering an Oven Cleaning Franchise and like to hear success stories at the moment so thanks for that.
