Greeting Cards Franchise Welcomes Couple

A married couple are the latest franchisees to join greeting cards franchise The Original Poster company.

David & Diane Leeder took over the Ipswich territory on 2 September.

Having worked hard for many years for the benefit of others, David decided that the time was now right to take charge of his own destiny and for him and his family to reap the benefits.

David previously worked for many years as a purchasing manager and latterly as general manager within the engineering and allied trades. Experience gained there gave him the credentials to run his own business.

Diane has largely done secretarial and administrative work, meaning she brings different and complementary skills to the team.   

Being their own boss gives them not only the opportunity of reaping greater rewards both financial and satisfaction wise, but also the flexibility to have a work/life balance that is elusive in employment.

David and Diane chose the franchising route as they believed that the back-up of a well established and proven company such as The Original Poster Company would ensure the business model and consistent, professional support required to achieve their goals.
