Property Franchise Welcomes Former NHS Employee

Property franchiseYourHIPSearch has added a franchisee to the Bristol region.

Alison Malloy will provide home information packs on behalf of the property franchise in the Portishead area having finished her training programme.

Home information packs and energy performance certificates are now mandatory for all properties when sold or rented to new tenants, so she arrives in a sector with certain levels of demand guaranteed.

Alison previously occupied an admin position in the NHS.

“At the time, deciding to leave my existing job felt like a big risk for me, but I’m a true believer that you have got to speculate to accumulate, and that I had to take responsibility for re-starting my own career,” she says.

“So before I had chance to talk my self out of it, I began my search on the internet, looking at the different business opportunities open to me. I was extremely interested in the proposition offered by YourHIPSearch and once I’d spoken to one of their advisers and done a bit of further research, I called to secure my local territory and book myself on the next available training course.

“"The guys at YourHIPSearch were absolutely brilliant. I had no previous experience in the HIPs industry, or in running my own business, but I'm now a qualified property professional with my own home-based business, which really suits my lifestyle."

YourHIPSearch have similar opportunities available throughout England and Wales for other aspiring entrepreneurs looking to enter the property and energy industries.
