Accountancy Franchise Wins Award

TaxAssist Accountants business development director, Sarah Robertson, scoops the 2020 Innovation Group’s Marketing Person of the Year Award.
The awards was presented by Ian Fletcher at a prestigious ceremony in Birmingham, aim to celebrate the strength and success of individuals and businesses within the accountancy sector.
As a leading accountancy organisation, the 2020 Innovation Group boasts over 1,000 members and award entrants faced tough competition.
It has been an impressive year for finance franchise, TaxAssist Accountants, and this award is the second 2020 Group award for Sarah Robertson, following a previous Marketing Person of the Year win in 2007 and also follows hot on the heels of TaxAssist Accountants Gold BFA Franchise of the Year Award win.
Sarah, who is responsible for TaxAssist Accountants marketing strategy, brand development and business development strategies, received the award in recognition of the marketing initiatives she has introduced, her online marketing strategy success and her role in TaxAssist Accountants international expansion.
Sarah founded a successful Brand Agency ‘The Point’ in 1994 which became one of the foremost marketing communications agencies in the Eastern region with billings in excess of £4.5m.
In 2004 Sarah joined TaxAssist Accountants, bringing with her 20 years experience in the marketing and advertising industry, including working with a broad range of national and regional brands such as the British Red Cross, Norwich Union (now Aviva), Oracle, Del Monte, the Imperial Cancer Research Fund and Swinton Insurance.
