Serial Franchisee Buys Plumbing franchise

Experienced franchisee Lee McNulty commends YourPlumber franchise for their high level of support.
The plumbing franchise, which is based in the Bolton and Wigan area, was not the first franchise Lee has bought, having bought several previously.
Lee attended training with his partner Michelle, who will be taking an active role in growing the business.

FS Blog: How does YourPlumber differ to other franchises you’ve owned?
Lee McNulty: Unlike previous franchises I’ve been involved with, the support from YourPlumber has been fantastic.
In fact, I’ve spoken to them more during the first two weeks of the ‘getting started’ process, than I did in two years with my previous franchise!

Lee: In all the years I have been involved with franchises, YourPlumber is by far the most impressive set up I have come across.
The sales and marketing approach they have to getting customers and growing businesses with their franchisees is like nothing I’ve seen before.
FS Blog: Tell me more about the sales and marketing approach…
Lee: I’ve been on many sales and marketing training courses before, and have always disagreed with the vast majority of what was being delivered.
However, the YourPlumber training really is second to none, and made me realise how far ahead of the competition we are. The branding and marketing is just so far ahead of what any competitor has to offer.
FS Blog: How does this effect the market launch of your franchise?
Lee: My market launch is exceptional. I have massive exposure in my local press, with a six week campaign in one and a full page ad on the back page of another publication.
I have top spot on all Google searches in my area along with Yellow Pages adverts, Yell.com listings and coverage on 118 247. Calls have been coming in from day one, with a £3k job booked to start next week and others booked in already.
FS Blog: What are your thoughts on the future?
Lee: I’m so excited about the prospect of building my business with YourPlumber and already have people lined up to employ in second and third vans.
I have no doubt with the back up and support of YourPlumber that my business will take off quicker than I ever expected.
