Accountancy Franchise Launches 100th Shop

TaxAssist Accountants 100th shopTaxAssist Accountants, an accountancy franchise for small businesses, has now reached the milestone of over 100 shop fronts.

There are over 170 accountants across the UK, approaching 200 outlets, 104 of which are shop front based. The retail style outlets are aimed at attracting the local small and medium sized business owner with a fresh, modern and stylish look.

The 100th shop, headed by Ipswich-based franchisee David Dixon, is the third shop to be opened by David.  David joined TaxAssist Accountants in 2002 and opened his first shop in Bishop’s Stortford in 2005.

He decided to open a second in Colchester in 2007, based purely on the success of his first shop. David is pleased with the results so far, saying “The shops have far exceeded our expectations. We opened our first shop in 2005 to give our clients easy access to our services and the shop was so well received that we were delighted to be able to open additional shops in Colchester and Ipswich to help us cater for growing demand.”

Potential franchisees do not need any formal accountancy qualifications as full training is provided, but TaxAssist Accountants state interested entrepreneurs should be be self motivated, disciplined, ambitious, hardworking and keen to build a substantial successful business.
