Customers Welcome Pet Food Franchise

OSCAR customers, Janet and Ken Baxendale, welcome the new pet supply franchise in Lancashire.
Customer feedback is important to the pet franchise and confirms the message of OSCAR's Honest Label policy, as Baxendale's can confirm.
OSCAR is a full member of the British Franchise Association, Pet Food Manufacturers’ Association and holder of the Investors in People award.
With a growing network of qualified nutritional advisors and a range of specially formulated pet foods, the pet franchise provides the UK with a home delivery and advice service.
Janet Baxendale said: “We can’t believe that it was only three months ago when we met Carole and Steve Lane with their OSCAR pet food service, and to see the amazing difference it has made to Odin, our three-year-old Tamaskan.
“Changing his food, in such a short space of time, has cleared the tummy rash that had been bothering him for ages, while simply improving the all-round condition of his coat. An energetic dog, that could be quite lazy at times, seems to more settled and content on his new diet – content enough to get him up on his feet and working for a really good cause.
“Ken and Odin took on the challenge of Wainwright’s coast-to-coast walk from St. Bees on the west to Robin Hoods Bay on the east, all in aid of the ABF The Soldiers’ – the Army Benevolent fund for young and old!
“The 192-mile trek took 11 days, camping at sites along the route, while raising an eventual grand total of £800. With so much gear to transport Odin took his share of the load, at least to carry his own food and water and anything that Ken couldn’t manage, such as his mobile phone charger and the kitchen sink!”
Janet continues: “We named our dog Odin for a good reason, totally aware of his mythological past - the real Odin and OSCAR are true in every respect having given us a new vision on feeding our dog, enough for us to be passing on their details to family and friends.
“OSCAR is new to our area of Heath Charnock and all we can say is that it’s about time too! How lucky we have been to have found this service.”
