Riverford Organic launch a new cookbook which has perfect recipes for franchisees.
"I like Riverford’s fruit and vegetables, I like their recipes, I like their philosophy. This is a super book," says Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall.
Veg box delivery franchise, Riverford Organic, has done it again. Following the success of the award-winning Riverford Farm Cook Book, Everyday & Sunday is the company’s latest offering. Full of mouth-watering recipes from head chef Jane Baxter and Riverford founder Guy Watson, the 350-pager aims to help customers make the most of their seasonal veg.
Franchise founder Guy Watson says, "This book is the culmination of years of cooking knowledge, plus a huge amount of writing and editing. We’ve segmented it into individual months, so people can cook, to perfection, the seasonal food that our franchisees send out in Riverford’s veg boxes.
"Everyday & Sunday is great for franchisees: they benefit from the national publicity the book gets, and the increased awareness of the Riverford brand. On top of that, it’s a great marketing tool in its own right," he adds.
Laura Cottee, Riverford’s territory services manager confirms, "Achievements such as this benefit the entire franchise network. They’re good for morale and motivation, and help to build a sense of community, both within the network and at the local, consumer-facing level.
"The Riverford Farm Cookbook has proved an excellent device for franchisees. We’re certain that Everyday & Sunday will be equally useful when it comes to rewarding customer loyalty and helping with retention."
She adds, "Perhaps the best thing about the books is that, once a customer has them, they take pride of place on the kitchen shelf, serving as a constant reminder of Riverford Organic, and its tasty food and recipes!"
