Activ Franchisee reaches finals of Franchise of the Year Awards 2011 

Lisa Smith joined Activ in 2008. Back then she was looking for a new focus and challenge.

She was keen to find a business to operate around her family and one that gave her total flexibility.

3 years on, and due to her hard work and commitment she has been recognised for her achievements in this year’s Franchise of the Year Startups Awards sponsored by NatWest.

Franchisee Duo on their Internet Marketing Franchise

Lee Rixon and Carol Green recently bought a franchise from online business directory and guide CityLocal.

Lee had previously worked in construction and now operates his internet marketing franchise full-time. The response has been so good that Carol, who still works for a heating oil company, is also looking to commit herself full-time to the business, which covers the Breckland area in Norfolk. 

Lee Rixon is enthusiastic about the company, founded by Zakir and Nazir Daud, as are his customers it seems.
