Never a man to shy away from a challenge, Steve Dale had been self employed for 12 years when he began to look for yet another test of his entrepreneurial spirit!

After looking at several franchise systems Steve says, "Some franchises were too large in terms of investment and others too small to be anything other than a source of secondary income." He goes on to say, "I wanted something that would offer me a good level of income but didn’t involve having to rent premises and employ staff from day one."

Double celebration for Pest Control Franchise

NBC Bird and Pest Solutions has two reasons to celebrate.

The pest control franchise has reached a milestone of five years in franchising and achieved full member status with the BFA.

The NBC concept was the brainchild of the company’s MD, John Dickson, who has been a falconer since the age of 13. Back in 1993 he noticed a commercial demand for bird control services and with help from the Prince’s Trust he launched a company offering such services.

New Franchisees at Pest Control Franchise

A leading pest control franchise has announced the appointment of three new franchisees.

NBC Bird and Pest Solutions, a pest and bird control specialist, is growing along with demand for its services.

Andrew Schofield has opened the Warrington and Wigan branch, Stephen Mulholland has taken over the Belfast Branch and Russel McCreesh is setting up a branch covering Teesside, Darlington and Durham.

NBC has 32 franchisees nationwide and still has territories available, including Brighton and Blackpool, among others.
