Up to one million new green-collar jobs will be created as the Government supports the green economy, which is good news for property franchise Green Assess.

The coalition government promised a raft of green initiatives in the Queen's speech that will see a radical overhaul of the country's housing stock and loans, to allow more households to invest in measures such as solar panels.

Promising a new energy bill in the next parliament, the new government, led by David Cameron, wants to create a green investment bank that would loan individual households the money to invest in carbon-reducing measures, including insulation.

Green Assess has expanded the number of venues at which potential entrepreneurs can now receive their training.

This is so the green franchise can facilitate training delivery for the required network of Green Property Surveyors across England and Wales. Successful prospective applicants can now choose from a number of venues across the country including Watford, Manchester, Wolverhampton, Leeds and Cardiff.
