Tony & Lisa Franchise business owners of Concentric Lettings Branch in Coventry, have had a cracking three months.

Tony and Lisa decided to start up their letting agency franchise in 2010 and came on the training in July.

Then obviously following that set up and launch with just Lisa at the helm, they starting trade shortly after.

They have worked hard to get their branch up and running and to attract as many managed landlords as possible, as would any new letting agency.

It’s really encouraging that already 50% of their new landlord instructions come from existing clients and referrals, which is a credit to their thoroughness and attention to exemplary customer service.

In September 2011, just one year on, Tony joined the business and this has had a great effect with their lets doubling and their profit rising substantially.

Estate Agency Franchise Continues To Build

In persuance of which the property franchise has recently announced the appointment of two new personal agent franchises. Shirley Brookes will be working in Lewes and Jenny McCabe in Chorlton Manchester. 

Shirley has extensive experience in property as a mortgage consultant in Lewes and Jenny has been working as an estate agent for 4 years.  Both new personal agents are also experienced landlords.

Having worked for Natwest bank for 27 years, Chris Whent was ready for a change.

His wife, Jane, left behind a career in payroll to join Chris in running a Murcia Villas overseas property franchise in La Torre golf resort, in the Murcia region of Spain.
