Sports Franchise Helping Graduates Amid Difficult Job Market

Progressive Sports has launched a Sports Graduate Scheme aimed at giving graduates keen on working in sport the chance to own and operate their own sports franchise.

With jobs coming harder to come by and finance become less and less available, there are loads of talented people graduating from University with very few options.

Progressive Sports has recognised that there is a huge pool of talent that are keen, eager and passionate about sport – but there are no jobs out there, and finance is hard to get hold of.

The idea is simple: franchisees will pay 50% of the franchise fee and defer the remaining 50%, allowing them to pay this back from earnings over the next 12 months.

Eddie Ray, managing director of Progressive Sports, says:

“We realise that after investing heavily in their own education it can be a difficult time for graduates to raise the investment needed to start their own business, and we want to do something about that. We want to help make this turnkey franchised business opportunity truly accessible to sports graduates with the energy, drive and enthusiasm to make a success of owning and running their own business”.
